3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return window on jewellery and select home goods in their original packaging and unworn conditions. Return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the consumer unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case HappyNeast will issue replacement coordinates free of charge.
